Upcoming Vacation Rental Industry Events for 2022: Streamline, Next22 & VRMA (See You There!)
Following two years of cancellations, virtual gatherings, and unremitting uncertainty, vacation rental industry events have returned in 2022 with a flourish.
This year’s calendar has been jam-packed with conferences and events as professionals from across the short-term rental industry return to business-as-usual—now, perhaps, with a greater appreciation for the stability business-as-usual provides.
Vacation rental industry events have long been established as fertile ground for growth and innovation: these regular gatherings provide forums for vacation rental property managers and professionals to learn about new technologies, cultivate skills, and connect with colleagues and industry leaders.
VacayHome Connect attends numerous vacation rental industry events every year. In April, our team had a wonderful time at the VRMA Spring Forum in Chicago, where we re-kindled old relationships, began new ones, and announced a large donation to the VRMA Advocacy Fund to the applause of VTrips founder Steve Milo and other industry leaders.
In the months ahead, our team will be back on the road for several more vacation rental industry events. Those include Streamline Summit and TravelNet Solutions Next22 in September, as well as VRMA International in October. We hope to see you out there!

Streamline Summit
Where: Scottsdale, Arizona
When: September 7–9
This annual gathering of vacation rental property managers and Streamline partners features three full days of activities. The schedule includes workshops, Q&A panel discussions, training seminars, educational sessions, and much more. There will also be a cocktail reception, live entertainment, and breakfast served on the East lawn of The Phoenician.
TravelNet Solutions Next22
Where: Minneapolis, Minnesota
When: September 18–20
Backdropped by the theme “For the Love of Hospitality,” Next22 will be a celebration of vacation rental industry professionals and the passion that drives them.
This annual get-together in Minneapolis gives growth-oriented hospitality professionals an opportunity to collaborate and share best practices while enjoying a full schedule of activities, which this year includes keynote speakers, 40+ educational sessions, training seminars, and five unique educational tracks to choose from (Marketing, Revenue Management, Property Care, Accounting, and Reservations).
VRMA International
Where: Las Vegas, Nevada
When: October 23–26

VRMA International truly is one of the premier events for the vacation rental industry, and this year’s iteration will be no exception.
